Since we're not Mattel, we are not responsible for ever attempting to
Litigate someones' free speech into oblivion. 

We're also not responsible for having a crack team
of lawyers search for any and all possible variations of our name (which
would be Mattel, if we were Mattel, which we're not). We certainly
NEVER ordered a man to turn over his domain name to us because his name
was similar to ours. Nope, we've never 
ordered Matt Lavallee to give up his own name.

We here at notmattel.com are proud to not be Mattel, inc. in any way.
If you're still confused, we would point you to the real Mattel.com
via hyperlink, but we're afraid of getting sued. Besides, British Telecom
has patented the hyperlink and we've already used several of them. 
We're afraid we'll get sued either way.

Frankly, we're probably already going to get sued because although
we're NOT MATTEL, our name has the word 'mattel' in it. These days
on the 'net, just looking like, being similar to, mentioning or discussing
a large corporation on your website can Get your ass sued, big time!
